On November 12th, the unveiling ceremony was held for the technician workstation of Kaijin New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. The establishment of this workstation will further play the key role of high-skilled talents in technological innovation and personnel training. 

The head of the Human Resources Branch of Liaobu Town, Dongguan City unveiled the technician workstation, and Kaijin New Energy Technician Workstation was formally established and operated. 

Subsequently, the delegation visited Kaijin New Energy Materials Engineering Technology Research Center to learn more about the talent structure and functional area division of the research center, and fully recognized the construction situation and future development plan of technician workstations. 

The establishment of technician workstation will build a platform for high-skilled talents to play their role, further play the backbone role and exemplary leading role of high-skilled talents in technological innovation and training of high-skilled talents, and better serve Dongguan's economic development and industrial optimization and upgrading.
