Reserve cadre (R & D post)

1. Responsible for the research of lithium battery cathode materials, mainly engaged in the research and application development of nano materials or related cathode materials; 

2. Responsible for the formulation of nano material test scheme and verification scheme; 

3. Analysis and arrangement of experimental time; 

4. Exploration of related cutting-edge cathode materials 

Job requirements: 

1. Fresh graduates majoring in materials, chemical engineering, chemistry and electrochemistry; Have a certain theoretical basis of electrochemistry and master various technologies of modern material list; 

2. Fresh students with background in polymer and nano material preparation, surface modification R & D or organic / inorganic material R & D are preferred;

3. Good communication skills, planning and execution;

4. Good at learning, discovering, researching and solving problems; 

5. Objective and positive personality; Able to bear hardships and stand hard work, obey arrangements and have team spirit
