Recently, the Dongguan Science and Technology Bureau officially announced the "2023 Performance Evaluation Results of Dongguan Engineering Technology Research Centers". Among them, the Dongguan Kaijin New Energy Engineering Technology Research Center stood out and was awarded "Excellent" in the "2023 Performance Evaluation of Dongguan Engineering Technology Research Centers".


Our Engineering Technology Research Center was established in 2016. As of April 2024, the total number of employees in the center has reached nearly 250, with a master's and doctoral degree holder ratio of over 20%. The head of the center is a post-doctoral researcher, senior engineer, and "Dongguan Special Talent". The center has presided over 1 National Natural Science Foundation Youth Fund project, 2 Guangdong Science and Technology Plan projects, 1 Dongguan Key Field R&D project, obtained 41 authorized national patents, and published 3 high-level papers. The total area of the center exceeds 4,000 square meters, with the pilot line divided into hard carbon anode and silicon carbon anode.
This evaluation work is a comprehensive assessment conducted by the Municipal Science and Technology Bureau on the comprehensive strength and innovative achievements of various engineering technology research centers across the city, covering multiple dimensions such as technological innovation, achievement transformation, team building, and operational management. Our engineering technology research center actively responded to the evaluation and performed well in various stages, including independent application, preliminary review by town and street authorities, comprehensive evaluation by third-party institutions, and final review by experts. Being awarded as excellent this time not only reflects the company's comprehensive strength but also represents the high recognition and encouragement from the Municipal Science and Technology Bureau towards our scientific research achievements, technological innovation, and operational capabilities.
