In November 2024, Kaijin New Energy officially joined the Dongguan New Energy Storage Innovation Consortium and reached a strategic cooperation agreement with the consortium's secretariat unit, Guangdong Electronic Information Engineering Research Institute of University of Electronic Science and Technology of China (hereinafter referred to as "Electric Power Research Institute").
